Efficient Wine and Liquor filling machine for the packaging industry

The Wine bottling solution and bottling equipment are indeed distinct entities within the wine production process. While bottling equipment refers specifically to a series of packaging filling machines, the concept of a bottling solution encompasses more comprehensive aspects. In addition to the machinery itself, a complete bottling solution includes various services that contribute to an efficient and effective production line. These services may involve factory design and layout considerations, ensuring optimal flow and organization within the facility. Furthermore, it also involves expertise in product manufacturing art, encompassing techniques for achieving consistent taste profiles, quality control measures, and adherence to industry regulations. This aspect ensures that each bottle filled with wine meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Liquor’s flavor and characteristics are closely related to its production process. Liquor production processes include fermentation, distillation and blending.

Fermented liquor: Liquor made from fruits or grains by fermentation, such as wine, beer and rice wine. Fermented liquors do not require distillation and have color mostly. It has a low alcohol content, usually no more than 20 degrees. Beer, wine, yellow wine and fruit wine all belong to fermented liquor, the difference is that the raw materials are not the same. Beer is made by fermenting malt.Wine is made by fermenting grape juice. Yellow wine is made by fermenting rice, corn, rice, corn and other raw materials. Fruit wine is made by fermenting fruits or fruit juices (syrups) as raw materials.

Distilled liquor: Beverage liquor made from grains, potatoes, fruits, milk, etc. as the main raw materials, through fermentation, distillation, with or without blending. Through distillation to remove impurities and purification, the alcohol content is relatively high, so it is also called spirits. Distilled liquor itself is colourless and transparent. The eight well-known spirits include Chinese liquor, French brandy, Dutch gin, Mexican tequila, Cuban rum, Russian vodka, English whisky, and Japanese sake.

Blended liquor: Beverage liquor made from fermented liquor, distilled liquor, or edible alcohol by adding raw materials and/or food additives, and then blending or reprocessing. Blended liquors generally contain more vitamins and minerals.
