  1. Label conveying:The label conveying unit is designed with a single material rack, which has a reasonable height for easy installation of labels. This thoughtful design ensures convenience and efficiency in the labeling process. To ensure smooth and uninterrupted label delivery, a rotating potentiometer is used. This mechanism effectively prevents issues such as incorrect label length or label blocking during the servo delivery process. In case any problem occurs during the labeling operation, the system is equipped with an automatic stop function accompanied by an alarm light. This feature not only alerts operators to potential issues but also provides visual feedback on the touch screen display.
  2. Cleaning: The cleaning unit is an essential component of the labeling machine, designed to ensure efficient and precise operation. It incorporates a motor that works in conjunction with a double arc synchronous belt, providing optimal power transmission for the cleaning process. The use of a rubber core, rubber wheel, and tire in this cleaning unit allows for synchronized cleaning action. Bottle shrinking tunnel:The new bottle shrinking tunnel adopts a seamless pipe design, which is widely suitable for round bottles, square bottles, and flat bottles of different shapes and irregular shapes. The whole machine adopts stainless steel material for heat preservation, which is not only energy-saving but also meets international safety standards. The nozzle is divided into three adjustable sections, and the height, position, and steam output of each section can be adjusted separately to achieve a perfect shrinking effect. The stainless steel defrost plate collects condensed water. The low-pressure steam drum is evenly distributed and the steam injection method is unified. The whole machine adopts a waterproof design, which is easy to operate and has a low maintenance cost.
