It is specially designed for a vertical spout pouch to ensure accurate filling and capping. A major advantage of this equipment is its fully automated manufacturing process. From injection bag filling to vacuuming, fixed position filling, nitrogen purging, nozzle cleaning, cap feeding, insertion, capping and final finished product discharge, each step is seamlessly integrated into a production line operation. This not only saves time but also minimizes human errors. To ensure accurate filling volume, the machine comes with a dedicated metering system that can accurately control the amount of product dispensed in each sachet, whether it is 100 ml or 1000 ml. In addition, the automatic nozzle feeding conveyor continuously provides nozzles during the filling process, connecting them to the filling bag to improve efficiency and eliminate possible delays or interruptions in production. In addition to having the versatility to handle different filling volumes, the equipment is also flexible in terms of viscosity levels. You can choose piston pumps or lobe pumps according to product requirements to obtain optimal performance.
